The GetALife dev-team has finished and is currently testing the Alpha 4:

New update:
- 2 New monster: npc_skull and npc_zombie_gal
- 32 new citizens
- New maps: subway_gal,
- 7 new musics
- Added a weapon: cp99
- Some new models (static and physical) and some new textures.
Some new medias (screen and trailers) are being made to show you the progress of the mod.
